Terms & Conditions; House rules & Regulations

Event: SWAP & $HOP // SOUND SERIES IV
Venue: ST JAMES POWER STATION

Dear Seller
In order for the rest of us to relish an enjoyable shopping and trading experience, below are some house rules & regulations and terms & conditions which we hope you will aid us in sticking by it.


1.Please note that payment must be made within 24 HOURS, stall vendors will be awarded their lots at random by the organizers based on a first come first served basis.


2.Only internet banking or transferring money manually at the ATM machine (the individual must scan the transaction receipt for submission when confirming a stall) will be the preferred mode of payment.


3.Please note that pets are friends we would love to include in our fleas but there are certain venues where pets are not allowed. "They may not be there physically, but they will be there in soul".

4.Please note that you are allowed to bring your foldable tables or chairs or racks if you do have (but it must be within constraint, like all other things in moderation). You are allowed to bring your mats as well.


5.Please avoid bringing electrical appliances and those that do not work on batteries because we have limited electricity sources. Should you require the use of electrical appliances, please email swapandshop@the-dime-group.com, freda@the-dime-group.com or mia@the-dime-group.com


6.Please be polite to all attendees of the event.


7.Stall vendors succumbing to a last minute cancellation of their stalls within a week of the actual event will find a replacement vendor and pay a penalty of SGD$150.00


8.Stall vendors will be liable for any damages surrounding their allocated lot.


9.Stall vendors will strictly sell what they have registered and agreed upon


10.Stall vendors will be allowed to set up in the morning of the actual commencement of the Flea.


11.You will be allowed to decorate your stall in any fashion you deem (boys, girls, food, more boys, more girls, etc.). But please refrain from the use of vulgarities and profanities.


12.The organizers will not be responsible for any irresponsible acts (should there be any) of the attendees of the event.



13.Should there be a cancellation of the event due to any unforeseen circumstances or acts of God (e.g. earthquake, tsunami, fire, hurricane, sars 2 or zombie attacks etc.), The Dime Group will not be responsible, will not reimburse and there will not be a replacement event till further notice.
